Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Vice President-level professional to support the EMEA Markets Senior Relationship Manager team and the broader Client Management agenda. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and Client Strategy Head for UK, Europe and MEA Markets Sales, this individual will contribute to its full range of strategic activities and execute priorities with Senior MD Relationship Managers.

Commercial profile with client-facing experience is advantageous.
Strong analytical capabilities with wallet data and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to the Senior RM team and translate strategy into delivery.
Lead broker review processes and coordinate client-facing interactions.
Prepare materials for client reviews, briefings, and major initiatives.
Maintain client connectivity tracking and standardized outputs.
Drive strategic projects to evolve client coverage models and performance metrics.
