Job summary

Alpaca, a US-headquartered fintech, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate enterprise integrations across our brokerage APIs (equities, crypto, options) from conception to launch. You’ll align product, engineering, compliance and partner teams to drive timelines and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, a startup mindset, and comfort working with global customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of enterprise-level project management experience.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work with customers globally.
• Familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing apps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise launches via Alpaca APIs.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance for timelines.
• Collaborate with BD, legal, operations, and customer success.
• Lead weekly partner check-ins and track deliverables.
• Report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Guide onboarding to meet KYC, AML, and disclosures.
• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks for future integrations.
• Act as voice of the customer to internal teams.
