Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health System is seeking an EMDR Therapist to join our team and provide evidence-based care for adults with behavioral health needs in Williamsburg, PA. You will assess, diagnose, and deliver individual and group therapies, with a focus on EMDR techniques to support recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required.
• One or more years’ experience working with comparable patient population required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver clinical services for individuals with behavioral health disorders.
• Utilize EMDR therapy techniques to support recovery and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans as part of treatment.
• Provide individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the patient’s plan.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services and caseload as per standards.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and coordinate with staff to facilitate services.
