Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a skilled therapist for a flexible remote role in the Newtown area, offering a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions. Ideal candidates will be trauma-informed, team-oriented, and passionate about helping clients heal and grow.

The position supports a 25-session weekly caseload with supervision and opportunities for leadership growth. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus in August 2026.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or a behavioral science from an accredited college or university is required.
• Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation per policy.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to fill gaps in the community.
