Job summary

LifeStance Health in Missouri seeks licensed therapists to join our hybrid clinical team, delivering evidence-based mental healthcare to adults, children and adolescents in outpatient settings. You’ll work with flexible schedules, supportive admin, and modern offices while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

We offer competitive compensation up to $101,000 per year, annual bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package. EMDR certification and MO LPC/LCSW licensure are required.

• Must hold an MO LPC or LCSW license.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Hybrid role familiarity with telemedicine and in-person care.
• EMDR Certification is required.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Licensed Therapists that are:
