LifeStance Health in the Greater St. Peters, MO area is seeking licensed therapists to join our clinical team. We offer flexible schedules, a productivity-based compensation model up to $101,000/year, sign-on bonuses, 100% outpatient care, and hybrid options for telemedicine or in-person visits.

As a Missouri-licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, you’ll work with adults and/or children and adolescents in a supportive, collegial environment that promotes work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Missouri. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
