LifeStance Health is seeking licensed Therapists for the Greater Columbia, MO area. You will work in a hybrid model with telemedicine and in-person care, enjoying flexible schedules and a compensation plan based on productivity up to $101,000 per year, plus annual cash bonus.

Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Licensed Therapists that are:

• Fully licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Missouri. We are not able to accommodate dependently licensed clinicians at this time.
• Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
