Job summary

LifeStance Health seeks Licensed Therapists in the Greater St. Louis area who are passionate about patient care. This role offers flexibility in scheduling, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

Candidates must be fully licensed as an LPC or LCSW in Missouri and possess EMDR certification. The position is 100% outpatient with no nights or weekends, providing a hybrid option for care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPC or LCSW license in Missouri.
• Experience in providing therapy to adults and/or children required.
• Hybrid work model requires flexibility for telemedicine and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to clients in a hybrid environment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and manage a personal caseload.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to enhance patient care.

Requirements
