Job summary

Santosha Therapy in Spokane, WA is seeking an associate-level or fully licensed EMDR Mental Health Therapist to join our remote Washington State team. Full-time positions with flexible scheduling are available.

You will conduct telehealth sessions for individuals, children, families, and couples, provide EMDR and evidence-based treatments, and maintain careful records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure to provide clinical therapy in Washington State.
• EMDR Certification preferred; training may be provided.
• Strong communication and empathetic skills.
• Ability to manage case notes and insurance paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Conducts telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, children, families, and couples in Washington State.
• Provides EMDR therapy and other evidence-based treatments.
• Assesses and treats mental health disorders while supporting overall well-being.
• Develops treatment plans with clients and tracks progress.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation and submits insurance paperwork.
• Participates in supervision and ongoing professional development.
