Responsibilities

• Ensure CAD console, phone, and radio systems are ready at start of shift.
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, sanitary dispatch area.
• Maintain communications with units, facilities, and agencies via radio, pager, or data link.
• Respond to calls promptly and determine call nature per EMS dispatch procedures.
• Input intake information accurately into CAD system.
• Protect patient privacy and company information per HIPAA and policy.
