You will direct a team of engineers and technicians, drive performance metrics, coordinate with sales and development teams to identify growth opportunities, and uphold the company’s safety culture and QA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field, or 7+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading EMC laboratory teams.
• Knowledge of EMC testing standards (FCC, CISPR, CE, IEC).
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and QA programs.
• Strong safety and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee EMC testing facilities operations.
• Develop forecasts for revenue, workload, and staffing.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across the lab.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, and overtime approvals.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to grow EMC services.
