Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus for preferred qualification.
• Hands-on EMC/EMI/ESD testing experience is beneficial.
• Experience with test equipment and lab procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support EMC, EMI, and ESD testing activities throughout development.
• Set up, execute, and document EMC tests per international standards.
• Assist engineering teams with troubleshooting EMC issues.
• Operate and maintain EMC test equipment and software tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external labs to complete testing.
• Prepare test plans, reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with minor hardware modifications for EMC investigations.
• Participate in design/test readiness reviews and maintain lab safety.
