Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in technical services.
• Experience with MIL-STD-461 and IEC 61000 emissions/immunity tests.
• Knowledge of EMC test equipment and measurement uncertainty.
• Experience developing EMC test plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the EMC laboratory.
• Supervise scheduling and budgeting to meet goals.
• Collaborate with contracts for time and effort estimates.
• Review and approve test plans and procedures.
• Manage Lab and R&D projects.
• Monitor EMC qualification testing of nuclear power plant equipment.
• Provide EMI/RFI troubleshooting and noise mitigation.
