Actalent is seeking an EMC-Technician for a permanent, full-time role in Saukville, WI. The position operates on a 1st shift (6am-3pm), Monday to Friday, with minimal overtime and onsite work in a food flavor and probiotic ingredient facility.

You will ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, perform manual production tasks, and collaborate with a safety-minded team. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 5 years in food production, experience with HACCP/GMP, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all GMP, HACCP, and production procedures are followed and documented for assigned work.
• Perform manual production tasks such as material handling and staging, batching, packaging, cleaning, and sanitizing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of food safety requirements including HACCP.

• Experience in liquid or dairy blending is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to operate a forklift and scissor lift.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. This is a direct placement position. Benefits will be provided upon start of assignment or sooner if requested by the candidate.
