Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) RF Engineer to support U.S. Navy C5ISR systems with test, evaluation, integration, and configuration tasks.

Responsibilities include EMI/EMC test planning, performing tests, data analysis, and publishing reports; a Bachelor’s in EE (RF) or Physics with EMI/EMC emphasis is required, and a SECRET clearance is needed to start. Preferred Navy surface ship experience and MIL-STD familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with RF focus or physics emphasizing EMI/EMC.
• Experience in Navy RF sensors/systems and EMI/EMC analysis.
• Must have SECRET clearance; interim clearance acceptable to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed EMI/EMC test plans and participate in planning meetings.
• Perform EMI/EMC testing, data reduction, and analysis.
• Publish detailed EMI/EMC test reports and review technical docs.
