Job summary
Amentum is seeking an E3 RF Engineer to support testing, evaluation, integration, and configuration of C5ISR systems in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on E3, RF engineering, modeling and simulation, and EMI/EMC testing and analysis.
Responsibilities include developing EMI/EMC test plans, conducting testing, and publishing comprehensive test reports, while reviewing technical documentation and supporting technical meetings. A Secret clearance is required to start.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline required.
- Six years of experience in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related fields.
- Four years in RDT&E or integration for warfare/electronic systems.
- Experience in RF/microwave engineering, EMP, E3, EMI/EMC and related testing.
- Experience with EMI/EMC analysis, PMS, and O-FRP.
- Eligibility to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Perform E3 computation and RF modeling and simulation.
- Develop EMI/EMC test plans.
- Participate in EMI/EMC test readiness reviews.
- Perform EMI/EMC testing.
- Analyze and publish EMI/EMC test reports.
- Review technical documentation and provide meeting support.
- Support test, evaluation, integration, and configuration of C5ISR systems.
