Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Physics; or equivalent education/experience.
• 5–10 years design for EMC and test experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI test methods and concepts of subassembly/system level validation.
• Must have good knowledge of EMC Standards such as IEC 61326-1 or equivalent.
• Experience working with EMC test software such as EMCWare, Naxio, IEC.control.
• Skilled in preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot EMC test failures and diagnose and recommend design improvements.
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with EMC team members as well as work independently.
• Experience working in an ISO 17025 environment a plus.
