Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. in Bentonville, AR seeks a dedicated Embryologist for an onsite, full-time role supporting embryo culture, handling gametes, and embryo assessment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help patients on their journey to parenthood. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in reproductive biology or embryology and at least 2 years of hands-on embryo work, including ICSI or biopsy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical embryology experience beyond ART training.
• Fully trained in ICSI and biopsy.
• Proficient in cryopreservation with meticulous record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and patient-care privacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab procedures for culture, selection, manipulation of human embryos.
• Monitor lab conditions and equipment for optimal embryo development.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop ART treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information.
• Participate in QC/QA activities, including proficiency testing and inspections.
• Contribute to R&D to improve lab protocols and outcomes.
• Stay updated on ART advances to improve practices.
• Assist training and mentoring of staff and students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking an Embryologist to join our dedicated team in Pinnacle Fertility- Arkansas inBentonville, AR. This is a full-time, onsite position.

• Perform all laboratory procedures related to the culture, selection, and manipulation of human embryos, including gamete handling, insemination, embryo culture, embryo grading, and cryopreservation.
• Monitor laboratory conditions and equipment to ensure an optimal environment for embryo development and ART processes.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients undergoing ART procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and patient information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities, including proficiency testing, equipment maintenance, and laboratory inspections.
• Contribute to research and development initiatives to enhance laboratory protocols and outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in ART and reproductive biology to continuously improve practices.
• Assist in training and mentoring laboratory staff and students as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field (required).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical embryology experience obtained outside of an ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) training program is preferred.
• Skills:
• Fully trained in ICSI (highly preferred).
• Fully trained in biopsy (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in embryology techniques, including cryopreservation, with a strong attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care, privacy, and confidentiality.
