Job summary

Requirements include a bachelor’s or master’s in reproductive biology or embryology, 2+ years of hands-on clinical embryology, and expertise in ICSI or biopsy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical embryology experience (ART training not required).
• Fully trained in ICSI (highly preferred).
• Fully trained in biopsy (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in embryology techniques, including cryopreservation, with precise record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with commitment to patient care, privacy, and confidentiality.

We are seeking an Embryologist to join our dedicated team in Pinnacle Fertility- Arkansas in Bentonville, AR. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Position Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in reproductive biology, embryology, or a related field (required).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of hands‑on clinical embryology experience obtained outside of an ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) training program is preferred.
• Skills:
• Fully trained in ICSI (highly preferred).
• Fully trained in biopsy (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in embryology techniques, including cryopreservation, with a strong attention to detail in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Salary Range: Final offers based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
