We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Tajima embroidery machine operations and activities accurately and speedily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Help receive and unload materials for orders as directed
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the machines
• Assist on large orders in whatever capacity needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operating multi-head embroidery machines
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills and able to get along with others well.
• Ability to stand all day, carry boxes, hoop shirts, thread machines etc.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
