Job Title: Embroidery Production Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)

Location: On-site

Compensation: $16 - $18

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our shop floor as an Embroidery Production Specialist. In this role, you will help produce custom-decorated apparel, inspect completed orders, and support day-to-day shop operations.

No prior embroidery experience is required—we provide complete on-the-job training. If you have good attention to detail, like working with your hands, and take pride in doing neat work, this is a straightforward role you can quickly learn.

Key Responsibilities

Embroidery Production:

Run custom embroidery orders by following simple digital job sheets and garment instructions.Work on both small custom orders and larger batch runs.Keep an eye on running orders to ensure clean stitching, correct thread colors, and proper placement.Keep your workstation organized and clean throughout the day.

Quality Control & Finishing:

Check finished garments to make sure stitching is clean, straight, and properly placed.Trim loose threads, clean up garments, and fold items so they are ready for packing.Assist with other shop duties and general operational support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

No Experience Necessary: Full training is provided. Prior hands-on work in production, assembly, crafts, or retail is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, matching colors, and making sure the finished product looks clean and professional.Reliability: Dependable attendance, good communication, and the ability to stay focused on daily tasks.Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing and moving around during your shift and occasionally lifting standard apparel boxes.
