Miami Mixed Media in Miami is seeking an Embroidery Production Assistant with no experience required and a readiness to learn. You'll train on professional embroidery equipment and join a hands-on production team that makes hats, jerseys, jackets, and apparel.

This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities. We value a quick learner, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Spanish-speaking is required.

Qualifications

• No embroidery experience required.
• Spanish-speaking is required.
• Willing to learn and develop a new skill.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare garments for embroidery.
• Hoop and unhoop garments.
• Organize garments by order, size, color, and design.
• Load embroidery designs and prepare machines for production.
• Check finished pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Fold, count, and organize completed garments.
• Keep production areas clean and organized.
