Imperial Headwear in Winona, Missouri, is seeking a Production Team Member to support the screen printing process, run the press, pull shirts, and stack finished products. This temp-to-hire role offers pay at $15/hour with a $0.50 differential, and a path to regular employment after 90 days based on performance and business needs.

The position involves 1st and 2nd shift hours, teamwork in a fast-paced setting, and a focus on safety and quality throughout the production flow.
