5.11, Inc. in Manteca, CA, is seeking an Embroidery Operator for its Custom Shop. You’ll run single-head and multi-head embroidery machines to customize apparel and gear, set up jobs, hoop garments, and ensure accuracy.
This role emphasizes quality, timely completion, and teamwork in a busy manufacturing environment. Experience with embroidery or related production areas is a plus, with strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.

We're looking for an Embroidery Operator to join our Custom Shop team. In this role, you'll operate commercial embroidery equipment to customize apparel and gear while ensuring every order meets our quality standards and customer expectations.
$19.50-$20.30 per hour
