Job summary

Lakeshirts in Minnesota is seeking a material handler (kitter) to gather supplies for Embroidery Machine Operators and to assign orders. You will work with the Digitizing Department and Rep Coordinator to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and you will understand fabric colors and workflow needs.

This is a Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:00am position with a wage of $17/hr. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting rush orders.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to work in a team.
• Must be reliable, responsible, organized, flexible and able to take direction.
• Good spelling and problem solving skills.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. continuously.
• Previous production experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves threads, foils fabric and prints instructions for each order.
• Delivers order to machine operator.
• Adjusts daily workflow according to supervisor's instructions.
• Communicate effectively with other departments when needed.
• Other duties as assigned including special projects.
