Lakeshirts in Minnesota is seeking a material handler (kitter) to prep embroidery supplies and coordinate with Machine Operators. Under the Embroidery Supervisor, you’ll gather threads, foiling materials, assign orders, and help optimize workflow.

Under the direction of the Embroidery Supervisor, this position is accountable for gathering the supplies needed for Embroidery Machine Operators. This position includes selecting thread, foiling the material, assigning orders to Machine Operators. The material handler (kitter) retrieves the threads once the order is complete. The material handler (kitter) will work out diagnostic problems and problem solve by working with the Digitizing Department and/or Rep Coordinator. The material handler (kitter) has an understanding of all colors offered in each fabric type. The material handler (kitter) helps determine workflow for machine operators, and is accountable for all rush orders that arise.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:00am
