Qualifications

• Initiative-taking and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate multi-head embroidery machines for high-volume production.
• Set up and complete different embroidery jobs with attention to ticketing, hooping, threading, and tension adjustments.
• Maintain quality embroidery standards according to company expectations.
• Follow supervisor instructions and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain clean and orderly work environment and assist with machine maintenance.
• Safely lift up to 60 pounds and work through varying seasonal temperatures.
