Graphic Goat LLC in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain embroidery machines for custom designs on garments, fabrics, and other materials. This role ensures high-quality stitching and accurate design placement to meet deadlines and client specifications.

You will read work orders, select threads and backing, and monitor machines for consistency in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior embroidery machine experience preferred.
• Able to read orders and color charts with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines per job specs.
• Load and hoop garments securely for embroidery.
• Read work orders and design sheets accurately.
• Select threads, needles, and backing for each job.
• Monitor machines for quality and efficiency during production.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Record production quantities in logs or software.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
