Underground Threads is a rapidly growing custom apparel manufacturer located in Fort Worth, Texas, approximately one mile south of TCU. We produce premium decorated apparel for businesses, schools, sports organizations, major e-commerce brands, and customers throughout the United States.
As our embroidery department continues to expand, we are looking for a experienced embroidery machine operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work, understands commercial embroidery production, and enjoys working in a clean, organized, technology-driven environment.
This is not an entry-level position. Previous commercial embroidery machine experience is required.
As an Experienced Multi-Head Embroidery Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating commercial embroidery equipment to produce high-quality embroidered apparel while maintaining production efficiency and exceptional quality standards.
This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, understands embroidery production workflows, and can identify and resolve common production issues with minimal supervision.

Experience with both single-head and multi-head machines is welcomed.
While not required, experience with embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, Hatch, Chroma, or similar platforms would be considered an asset.
