Experience threading machines, performing quality checks on finished products, and reporting issues is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous embroidery operator experience, preferably with Tajima machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Skilled in hooping garments accurately.
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate Tajima embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
• Thread embroidery machines and prepare them for production runs.
• Hoop garments properly to ensure precise embroidery placement.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
