Job summary

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa is seeking an Associates for our retail shop to enhance guest experiences through personalized merchandise and embroidery services. You will operate embroidery equipment, assist guests with selections, and keep the shop organized and well-priced.

The role requires embroidery experience, familiarity with Pulse software, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Standing for long periods is required in this guest-facing position.

Qualifications

• Must have previous embroidery experience.
• Familiar with embroidery Pulse software.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery equipment and software to create product designs.
• Create and edit designs on the embroidery machine.
• Convert designs from electronic formats to embroidery formats.
• Maintain the embroidery machine and surrounding area.
• Sell merchandise to guests.
• Keep shop clean and ensure proper displays.
• Affix prices to merchandise with stamps, tags, labels.
• Provide assistance to customers and maintain product knowledge.
• Record sales using the POS system and handle cash per procedures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the shop.
