Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate embroidery and sewing equipment to complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize Wilcom embroidery software to prepare and process embroidery designs.
• Fill and prepare customer orders for completion and pickup.
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the front office and production areas.
• Assist with general shop duties and support team members as needed.
• Learn company procedures and daily operations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work independently to manage projects and meet deadlines.
