Qualifications

• BS in CS/AI/Robotics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML in production.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with software development, API integration, and data processing workflows.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand workflows, requirements, and challenges.
• Translate needs into actionable specifications and architectures.
• Design AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompts.
• Develop AI-powered apps and customized workflows.
• Build data pipelines, APIs, and ETL processes across systems.
• Support model deployment, tuning, and production monitoring.
• Own end-to-end implementations from POC to deployment.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.
• Provide training, docs, and post-deployment support.
• Gather feedback and work with product to improve.
• Evaluate outcomes and drive efficiency and customer experience.
• Establish monitoring and reporting for long-term success.
