Job summary

IntelliPro Group seeks an Embodied AI Solutions Engineer to bridge advanced AI technology and real-world customer applications. This role combines technical solution design, hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.

You will work with customers, engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions and help establish implementation processes for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/AI/Robotics/Engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing or deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with software development, API integration, and data processing workflows.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge advanced AI technology and customer applications through end-to-end project delivery.

• Develop and implement AI-powered applications, data pipelines, APIs, and ETL processes.

• Provide technical training, documentation, and post-deployment support.

About the Role

We are seeking an Embodied AI Solutions Engineer to bridge advanced AI technology and real-world customer applications. This role combines technical solution design, hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and end-to-end project delivery.

You will work closely with customers, engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. As an early member of the team, you will also help establish implementation processes and drive successful customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Discovery & Solution Design

• Partner with customers to understand business workflows, technical requirements, and operational challenges.
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications and solution architectures.
• Design AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.

Technical Implementation & Integration

• Develop and implement AI-powered applications and customized workflows.
• Build and integrate data pipelines, APIs, and ETL processes across customer systems.
• Support model deployment, optimization, fine-tuning, and production monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solution reliability, scalability, and performance.

Project Delivery & Customer Success

• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from proof of concept (POC) through deployment and final acceptance.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, and customer teams to manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.
• Provide technical training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams on continuous improvements.

Business Impact

• Evaluate AI solution effectiveness through measurable business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience developing or deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with software development, API integration, and data processing workflows.
• Experience delivering customer‑facing technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
