Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a hands-on Solutions Engineer to deploy AI-powered solutions in real-world environments. You will work across software, hardware, and customer-facing roles to deliver integrated solutions at airports, stadiums, retail spaces, and industry events.

The role combines software development, hardware integration, and direct customer interaction, with travel for deployments and events as needed. You will join a dynamic startup focused on Physical AI and innovative AI agents.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, software engineering, or technical implementation.
• Strong programming skills with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, plus API development and system integrations.
• Comfort working in startup or enterprise technology environments with customer-facing deployments.
• Willingness to travel for deployments and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, deployment, and integration across environments.
• Develop and maintain software applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot hardware, networking, and edge devices onsite.
• Engage with customers to capture requirements, demonstrate products, and ensure successful implementation.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware/connectivity issues during deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate feedback into improvements.
• Own technical deliverables, timelines, and deployment quality in a fast-paced startup.
