Job summary

Image Solutions, Inc. is looking for an Embellishment Area Manager to oversee daily output across embroidery, heat press, and QC. You will plan each day’s work by machine type and job stream, ensuring on-time delivery and high first-pass quality.

The role requires coordinating with operators and cross-training staff, with a focus on maintaining flow from drop-off to ship and meeting production standards. Shift runs 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience leading a team in a dynamic work area with shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of productivity metrics: output, quality, backlog, and labor.

Responsibilities

• Build and post the daily machine assignment plan. Match work to machine type and job stream.
• Clear due-dated personalization work on dedicated small machines; balance long runs with smaller items.
• Triage incoming work and board jobs so the floor isn’t driven by mystery boxes.
• Balance embroidery output with QC capacity and flex operators as backlog requires.
• Set and track standards: pieces per hour, stitches/pieces/orders per day, first-pass quality.
