Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced C developer to design, implement, and test embedded software tools in a Linux environment for vehicle control systems. You will work with the Vehicle Controls Tools Specialist and participate in global user support and training material delivery.

The role requires strong C programming, Unix/Linux expertise, and experience with Postgres; familiarity with GDB and CCS tools is a plus. Collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in C with embedded/control systems experience.
• Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux development tools and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, and test changes to software tools with the Vehicle Controls Tools Specialist.
• Follow change control processes to bring approved changes to resolution.
• Provide user support globally via phone, email, Webex, IM, and 1/1 interactions.
• Create and maintain user accounts and access controls.
• Develop and deliver training materials to Ford community.
• Document changes in manuals and media.
