Job summary

Recruito is seeking an experienced Embedded Test Engineer to design and maintain test plans for drivers and middleware. You will automate testing with Python, run tests on real hardware, and collaborate with developers to improve quality across MCU variants.

The role requires hands-on validation, strong debugging skills, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in a Linux/Windows environment. You will contribute to test infrastructure and ensure reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded systems validation and test development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Python scripting.
• Familiar with Linux and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans and test cases for embedded software.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of drivers and middleware.
• Execute tests on real hardware and simulated environments.
• Automate testing using Python and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyse test results, debug issues, and work with developers to resolve defects.
• Validate software across different MCU variants, boards, and configurations.
