About the Role

We are looking for an ECU Security Validation Engineer to own the validation of vehicle ECUs. You will drive requirement analysis, create comprehensive test plans, build test infrastructure, and ensure robust validation of automotive security features.

You will:

• Own end-to-end security validation of automotive ECUs.
• Analyze software requirements to ensure they are clear, complete & testable.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans.
• Build & enhance test infrastructure and automation frameworks.
• Validate security features (Secure Boot, OTP fuses, Secure Update, JTAG, etc.).
• Debug, document issues in detail, and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Continuously improve validation processes, methodologies, and product quality.

Required Qualifications

• BE/ME in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years testing networking and/or automotive products.
• 5+ years in automation scripting (Python, Shell, or similar).
• 5+ years in developing system-level test cases.
• Strong knowledge of automotive protocols (DoIP, UDS, LIN, CAN).
• 4+ years testing in embedded Linux platforms.
• Hands-on with automation test tools & stress test tools.
• Experience validating security features (Secure Boot, OTP, Secure Update, JTAG).
• Excellent debugging, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Passion for embedded systems testing.
