Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Michigan seeks an embedded systems engineer to support DSpace/VT tools, HIL bench setup, and hardware validation in a hands-on role.

You will write and review code in CAPL, C, C++, and Python while using Git and CI/CD workflows, CAN/LIN networks, and diagnostic tools like CANalyzer/CANoe to debug and validate systems.

This on-site position in Auburn Hills offers collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of DSpace/VT systems tools (config desk, automation desk, control desk)
• Experience with HIL bench commissioning and setup for virtual validation (hardware architecture, design, setup, troubleshooting)
• Proficient in CAPL, C, C++, Python
• Experience with GIT and collaborative workflows, including managing repositories, branching strategies, and Pull Requests on GitHub/GitLab
• Knowledge of embedded controller networks (CAN, LIN) and diagnostic tools – Vector CANalyzer/CANoe
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines like TeamCity, Jenkins
