Vertiv is seeking an Engineering Intern to join the Core Engineering team, focusing on hardware and firmware development, design and test engineering, and GenAI-assisted work. This internship provides hands-on experience in embedded systems and data analytics within a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile development, and learning across Yocto Linux firmware, front-end tools, and AI-driven product design, while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/Less/SASS).
• Familiarity with Agile development and testing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware/software on embedded Yocto Linux environment.
• Create new features using GenAI tools.
• Learn and apply Agile development for product design and testing.
• Monitor data quality and integrity and resolve discrepancies with the team.
• Stay updated on data analytics trends and apply new techniques.
