- Deep understanding of safety engineering and operations.
- Ability to collaborate with enterprise-level customers.
Responsibilities
- Transform platform safety by embedding with enterprise customers.
- Drive adoption of user protection measures.
- Work with customers to diagnose and solve safety problems.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Cinder’s platform.
- Address technical challenges and collaborate with engineering.
- Triage feedback from Cinder users.
- Contribute to growth of Engineering and Customer Success.
