Midas Robotics is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to own firmware and software powering our tactile sensors. You’ll work across the full stack—from board bring-up and sensor firmware to SDK shipping—ensuring fast, reliable integration for customers.

As an early engineer, you’ll shape architecture and tooling for the entire product line. You will collaborate with a small team to build reliable, cross-platform software, maintain internal test tools, and deliver repeatable sensor readings out

Qualificações

• Experience developing firmware for sensors and embedded devices.
• Ability to bring up custom electronics and troubleshoot hardware and software together.
• Experience with signal processing and noise reduction.
• Experience building, documenting and releasing customer-facing SDKs.
• Ability to design maintainable software that works across products and operating systems.
• Experience building internal tools for testing, calibration and production.
• Strong debugging, version control and automated testing skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with peer engineers throughout product development.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test and implement sensor-level firmware across the product line
• Integrate with custom electronics and support the development cycle of new hardware iterations
• Develop signal processing to reduce noise, improve measurement accuracy and deliver consistent sensor readings
• Build, test and deploy customer-facing software development kits (SDKs) across the product line
• Design and architect cross-compatible firmware and software systems
• Design, architect and maintain an internal software tools system for testing, calibration and production
