Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of power electrification embedded software and system validation experience.
• Knowledge of embedded C/C++ software and Model Based Embedded Software Design.
• Experience with SW testing methodologies (black box, grey box, interface testing, validation life cycle).
• Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR, Cyber Security Testing Methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system and software requirements and develop/execute test cases per V&V strategy.
• Support SW development debugging, regression testing, and bug fixes validation.
• Ensure bidirectional traceability from test cases to requirements.
• Prepare and present V&V reports and metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on validation planning and status.
• Collaborate with engineering programs and customer discussions on validation results and design changes request alignment.
