Job summary

Sagemcom Dallas is seeking a Lab QA Technician to join our R&D team, focusing on validation of embedded software for broadband products and Wi‑Fi technologies. You’ll support lab infrastructure, participate in tests across development phases, and help ensure product quality and reliability in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Associate or Bachelor’s in Electronics or related field required; experience with broadband, networking, embedded systems, and automation tools is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in broadband, networking, or embedded systems is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving and autonomous troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, specify, and maintain lab equipment for lab activities (RF chambers, test rigs, automation tools).
• Define and maintain lab layout, organize resources, and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Execute software, system-level, and integration testing in lab and field when required.
