Job summary

BAE Systems, Inc. seeks graduates for an Engineering Leadership Development Program focused on embedded software. Initial placement is in Sterling Heights, MI or Minneapolis, MN with three yearly rotations and leadership training.

You will pursue a technical Master’s degree with tuition assistance, receive mentorship, and rotate through design, test/verification, production support, and systems engineering roles to develop into future engineering leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software or Computer Engineering; entry-level program.
• Internship, Co-Op, or project in embedded software or systems.
• Relocate at least once during the program, starting in Sterling Heights, MI or Minneapolis, MN.
• Strong communication, problem solving, resilience, collaboration and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Three one-year onsite rotations with increasing responsibility.
• Pursue and complete a technical Master’s Degree with tuition support.
• Participate in a leadership development conference and trainings.
• Receive mentorship to guide career development and placements.
• Apply skills across design, test/verification, production support, and systems engineering.
