Job summary

TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Supervisor Software Engineer to lead an international team delivering embedded software for elevator systems. You will oversee requirements, implementation, testing and field support across the product lifecycle.

The role requires a degree in a technical field, 5 years in technical product development, and 2 years of people leadership. You will collaborate with engineering managers and project leaders to ensure on-time delivery, robust architectures, and

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field is required.
Minimum five years in technical product development.
Two years of people management or lead experience.
Experience with embedded software and C/C++ for embedded systems.
Familiarity with embedded software processes and full product lifecycle.
Experience with source control (Git, Perforce) and ticketing (Jira, FogBugz).
Travel up to 15% nationally/internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead an international cross functional team of engineers and testers to develop embedded software for elevator systems.
Oversee all phases of software development lifecycle from requirements to field support.
Ensure on-time delivery with full scope and no critical defects.
Prioritize tasks and assign tickets to team; manage field support and bug resolution.
Collaborate with engineering and project leadership to assess feasibility and risks of new features.
Drive continuous team improvement and maintain architecture alignment.
