Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop, debug, and test embedded software for bare-metal, real-time OS, and embedded Linux avionics systems. You will collaborate with system engineers and hardware teams to deliver flight-quality software and production documentation.

You will work across the full software lifecycle, contribute to software architectures, and support hardware bring-up activities to ensure mission-critical performance in space applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS or related field.
• 4+ years in embedded software development; 2+ years with MS.
• Proficient in C, C++, and Python.
• Experience with Windows and Linux development environments.
• Experience in full SDLC for complex systems.
• Familiar with Git for configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle development and debugging of embedded software.
• Own software codebases and collaborate with other engineers.
• Design trade-studies and architectures for space avionics systems.
• Work with project managers to meet budget and schedule.
• Develop tools and docs for embedded system usage and testing.
