Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate, Software Engineering in Salt Lake City to contribute to embedded real-time systems, code, test, and debug across development and fielded platforms.

You will work with a cross-functional engineering team, review requirements and design documentation, and help advance next-generation military communications while upholding DoD security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient with object-oriented C++ and embedded software design
• Experience with embedded real-time software development and RTOS is a plus

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the lifecycle of embedded real-time systems by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and updating developmental and fielded systems
• Maintain and review requirements, design documentation, and source code
• Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team
