Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer (C++) with a strong background in Flight Management Systems (FMS). The role focuses on developing and modifying embedded C++ software for flight-related systems, including HMI/MCDU components.

Qualifications

3–8 years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on Embedded C++ for flight systems.
Mandatory: FMS domain experience.
Experience with HMI/MCDU systems.
Experience with DO-178C guidelines.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, debug, and modify embedded C++ software for flight-related systems.
Understand existing code and implement changes based on Change Requests (CRs).
Work on software for HMI / MCDU systems.
Participate in the CR process from analysis to verification.
Support flight software development and debugging activities.
Analyze software issues and troubleshoot embedded applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement updates.
Follow aerospace development processes and DO-178C compliance.
